Perceived and Measured Ambient Air Quality in a Traffic-Dominated Urban Corridor in Accra, Ghana

This dataset contains anonymized survey data used in the study “Perceived and Measured Ambient Air Quality in a Traffic-Dominated Urban Corridor in Accra, Ghana.” The study examined perceptions of ambient air quality among residents and road users within the Shiashie–La Bawaleshie corridor in Accra, Ghana.The dataset contains responses from 132 participants and is organized into three worksheets: Demographics, Perception, and Factors. The Demographics worksheet contains participant characteristics and road-use information; the Perception worksheet contains participants’ perceptions of ambient air quality at different times of the day; and the Factors worksheet contains responses concerning factors perceived to contribute to air pollution.The dataset has been anonymized and does not contain direct personal identifiers. It is provided to support transparency, reproducibility, and further research related to the associated manuscript.
