Pharmacogenetics analysis of the genes CYP2A6, CYP2B6 and UGT2B7 using an African-enriched dataset to provide insight into understudied populations

These files contain variant-level information from an African-enriched dataset supplemented with public-access data, including data from the 1000 Genomes Project, the African Genome Variation Project and the South African Genome Project. Variant effect prediction and population-stratified frequency analysis was performed to identify and characterise the variants presented in these files to identify variant subsets of medical interest for further study.
