Phenotypic and Genotypic Insecticide Resistance Profiles of Aedes Mosquitoes across Ghana

This dataset comprises of phenotypic and genotypic insecticide resistance profiles of Aedes mosquito populations collected from multiple sites across Ghana. The data spans various ecological zones and includes information critical for understanding the resistance mechanisms that may compromise the effectiveness of vector control strategies aimed at reducing the burden of Aedes-borne diseases such as dengue, chikungunya, Zika, and yellow fever.
