This registration contains the post hoc protocol and statistical analysis plan for a completed prospective observational multi-site field evaluation of remote photoplethysmography for blood pressure screening in adults with Fitzpatrick skin types V and VI in Kebbi State, Nigeria. The study evaluated feasibility, agreement with automated cuff blood pressure measurement, diagnostic accuracy at the 140/90 mm Hg threshold, patient and staff acceptability, and equity-relevant factors including facial tribal markings and internet bandwidth. This document was deposited after data collection and analysis to support transparency and reproducibility. It does not constitute prospective registration or preregistration. No participant-level data, identifiable images, videos, or raw rPPG time-series data are included in this registration.
