Background The rising use of e-cigarettes among young people has emerged as a growing public health concern given its association with nicotine dependence and adverse respiratory and cardiovascular outcomes. This study assessed the prevalence of electronic cigarette (vaping) use among youths in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria.  Methodology A convergent parallel mixed-methods design was adopted, combining a structured self-administered questionnaire with open-ended qualitative items. A total of 950 youths aged 15–35 years were sampled and stratified by age, gender, and educational level, exceeding the minimum sample size of 427 determined using Cochran’s formula. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and chi-square tests.
