A provenance-aware curated dataset of 637 experimentally verified records integrating waste-stabilised pavement geomaterial properties with mechanistic repeated-load characterisation. The dataset spans seven sources from India and Ethiopia, covering static stabilisation variables (CBR, UCS, OMC, MDD, compaction energy, Atterberg limits) and mechanistic pavement descriptors (resilient modulus, MEPDG model coefficients, permanent deformation power-law and VTT model parameters, shakedown regime classifications).

Each record carries a complete provenance bundle: source identifier, table or figure reference, page number, harmonisation notes, and audit status. The schema is designed for reuse in mechanistic-empirical pavement design research, waste-stabilisation meta-analysis, and machine-learning benchmarking with source-aware validation.

Key counts (v2.0.2): 637 total records; 256 CBR; 94 UCS; 24 direct resilient modulus (Mr) measurements; 36 MEPDG k1/k2/k3 coefficient rows; 33 permanent deformation records (21 power-law + 12 VTT); 8 shakedown threshold records; 45 CBR swell records.

Sources: SRKU_RED_MUD_FLY_ASH_2023 (203), VTU_HDPE_2019 (142), JIMMA_SDA_LIME_2020 (138), IITG_RLCBR_MR_2023 (49), SAURASHTRA_CEMENT_LIME_WASTE (48), NITW_GRANULAR_PERMDEF_2022 (47), NITW_CG_GEO_2025 (10).

v2.0.2 changes from v2.0.1: Corrected mechanistic source IDs (IITG_RLCBR_MR_2023 and NITW_GRANULAR_PERMDEF_2022); corrected mechanistic variable counts; corrected soil classification coverage (LL/PI = 10.7%, USCS = 21.7%); added requirements.txt and reproducible analysis scripts. The 637-record primary CSV is unchanged.
