This dataset contains participant-level data from a prospective, multi-country diagnostic accuracy study evaluating the performance of the MiniDock MTB assay for detection of pulmonary tuberculosis (TB). The study was conducted across outpatient health facilities in India, Nigeria, the Philippines, South Africa, Uganda, Vietnam, and Zambia between September 2024 and March 2025. The dataset was created to support analyses of diagnostic accuracy of MiniDock MTB using sputum swab and tongue swab samples, compared with standard TB diagnostic tests, including sputum smear microscopy and Xpert MTB/RIF Ultra, using a microbiological reference standard (culture).
