Qualité du système de management des établissements publics d'enseignement supérieur à statut particulier au Cameroun

Résumé:   Quelles appréciations les étudiants ont-ils du système de management de leurs organismes d’éducation/formation? Se fondant les procédés de la norme ISO 21001, une investigation par questionnaire est menée auprès de 132 étudiants d’un établissement d’enseignement supérieur à statut spécial. Les résultats énoncés suivant les principes de la statistique descriptive et selon l’échelle de likert revèlent dans les trois (03) domaines ci après que: 1) sur le plan de l’offre de formation, 97 % déclarent que les filières de formation répondent à leurs attentes; 2) sur le plan du plateau technique, 27,3 % déclarent que le cadre des amphithéâtres est bien, 32,6 % estiment que le cadre des travaux pratiques est passable ; 3) S’agissant enfin des enseignants,  75 % estiment que les enseignants sont à la hauteur de leurs attentes. Reste à cet établissement de maintenir la concertation avec les parties prenantes et d’améliorer les points évoqués en vue de co-construire ses prestations pour une meilleure insertion de leurs produits dans le monde professionnel.   Mots-clés : ISO 21001, éducation/formation, établissement d’enseignement supérieur à statut particulier, Cameroun Classification JEL : M 1 Type de l’article : Recherche appliquée   Abstract :   What assessments do students have about the management system of their educational/ training institution ?Based on the procedure of the norms of ISO 21001, an investigation was carried with the help of a questionnaire administered to one hundred and thirty two (132) students of a higher public institution of learning with a special status. Following the principes of the descriptive statistic method and the likert scale, results obtained came from the three (03) domains below : 1) Based on the training offer, 97 % declared that the training disciplines (courses) met up wilth their expectation ; 2) On the technical domain, 27.3 % revealead that the amphitheatres context is good, 32.6% were of the opinion that the pratical work context is average ; 3) As for teachers 75 % opined that the teachers are up to the lasks or expectation. It is however left for this institution to maintain concertations with stakeholders and to ameliorate the above mentioned points in view of co-construction its services for a better integration of its products in the professionnal world.   Key-words : ISO 21001, Education/training, Higher public Instution of learning with a special status, Cameroon.
