Abstract This paper explores the efficacy of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered biblical interpretation tools in enhancing student learning outcomes in Christian Religious Studies (CRS) within Colleges of Education. Recognizing the growing integration of digital technologies in pedagogical practices, the research investigates how AI applications—such as intelligent tutoring systems, interactive scripture analysis platforms, and natural language-based theological aids—impact students’ comprehension, engagement, and academic performance in CRS. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the study used qualitative insights from interviews and classroom observations. The paper reveals that AI-powered tools significantly improve students’ exegetical skills, critical thinking, and contextual understanding of biblical texts. Furthermore, students reported increased motivation and deeper personal engagement with scripture through AI-enhanced learning environments. However, the study also identifies challenges related to technological accessibility, theological accuracy, and the risk of reduced human interpretive guidance. The paper concludes that, when appropriately contextualized and pedagogically integrated, AI-driven interpretation tools hold significant potential for transforming CRS instruction and fostering deeper theological literacy among pre-service teachers in Colleges of Education.   Keywords: AI-Powered, Biblical Interpretation, Christian Religious Studies
