R code and data for ethnobotanical analysis of the Great Green Wall, Mali

This repository contains the R code and anonymised survey data used in the analysis of ethnobotanical knowledge and livelihoods in villages along the Great Green Wall in Mali. It includes FAMD of five livelihood capitals, ethnobotanical indices, and regression models linking plant knowledge to livelihood variables.
