Rain over Africa apptainer container

Apptainer container with the necessary files to download and run Rain over Africa retrievals of precipitation (github.com).

 

For instance, to download data:

```

$ apptainer run --bind /my/data/dir:/data /path/to/roa_container/roa.sif \
    python /roa/scripts/MSG_download.py \
    --start 2025-01-01 --end 2025-01-02 \
    --output /data/MSG_data.zarr

```

and to run inference

```

$ apptainer run --bind /my/data/dir:/data --nv \
    /path/to/roa_container/roa.sif \
    python /roa/scripts/inference.py \
    --model /roa/data/network_CPU.pt \
    --input /data/MSG_data.zarr \
    --output /data/MSG_data_output.zarr \
    --device cuda \
    --quantiles 0.16 0.50 0.84 \
    --bs 1 \
    --small_gpu

```
