This dataset contains EGRA and EGMA scores at the student level from the RANA program implemented by FHI 360 in Northern Nigeria following the introduction of the Read Aloud modules. The purpose of the Read Aloud lessons is to boost reading and math learning outcomes in early primary grades. The research design is experimental following a cluster randomized controlled trial with two treatments, standard language read alouds and math-themed read alouds.
