The dataset on the Relationship between Discipline and Academic Performance of University Students in Ghana contains information on students’ disciplinary behaviours and their academic outcomes. It includes variables such as students’ demographic characteristics (e.g., age, gender, level of study), forms of disciplinary behaviour (e.g., class attendance, punctuality, adherence to university regulations, involvement in misconduct, and respect for academic policies), and measures of academic performance such as Grade Point Average (GPA) or cumulative academic scores. The dataset is designed to examine whether students who exhibit higher levels of discipline tend to achieve better academic results than those with lower levels of discipline. Findings from the analysis can provide insights for university administrators, lecturers, and policymakers on the role of discipline in promoting academic success among university students in Ghana.
