This dataset integrates remote sensing environmental variables with Plasmodium falciparum parasite rate (PfPR2-10) for children aged between 2-10 years old data to model and predict malaria prevalence across Karagwe District, Tanzania, thus enable the identification of potential mosquito breeding sites. The dataset includes biophysical indicators derived from satellite imagery such as vegetation indices and hydrological indices alongside climatic variables, which are known ecological drivers of malaria transmission. The dataset supports machine learning–based malaria risk modelling and spatial epidemiology research.
