Replication Data for: Agreement between ELISA and Plaque Reduction Neutralisation Assay in Detection of Respiratory Syncytial Virus Specific Antibodies in a Birth Cohort from Kilifi, Coastal Kenya

This data was created from a database generated through a Kilifi birth Cohort (KBC) study conducted at the maternity ward of Kilifi County Hospital from 2002-2007. Blood samples and data were collected from infants who were participants of the KBC study. Blood samples were screened for RSV specific antibodies using plaque reduction neutralisation test (PRNT) and ELISA. The KBC data had over 6000 participants but this study includes data for 99 participants only.
