Replication Data for: Emergence and transmission dynamics of the FY.4 Omicron Subvariant

This is a replication dataset for the manuscript titled: "Emergence and transmission dynamics of the FY.4 Omicron Subvariant ".

SARS-CoV-2 FY.4 sequences previously sequenced from KEMRI-Wellcome Trust Research Programme were retrieved together with other FY.4 global sequences sourced from Global Initiative on Sharing All Influenza Data (GISAID).Phylogenetic trees were constructed using maximum likelihood and time-resolved methods. Temporal signals were assessed using the Tempest software, and Bayesian phylogeography was applied to identify viral clades associated with global movement, viral dispersal within Kenya, and to estimate the origin of the variant using BEAST v1.10.4.
