Replication Data for: Metagenomic exploration of antimicrobial resistance genes in marine bacteria ecosystem

This is a replication dataset for the manuscript titled: "Metagenomic exploration of antimicrobial resistance genes in marine bacteria ecosystem."

This dataset includes the samples used in the analysis as well as the results from the analysis and the associated scripts for the article titled "Metagenomic exploration of antimicrobial resistance genes in marine bacteria ecosystem." This is an exploratory study aimed at screening for antimicrobial resistance genes in the marine bacteria ecosystem in African marine environment, an area that is underreserached, to emphasize on the role of marine envionmets in harbouring resistance genes and the need for continuous surveillance in this environment.
