Data set describing the population of TB cases reported to the national TB programme noting patterns and determinants of use of TB diagnostic tests. It is a cleaned stata dataset prepared from the national TB programme treatment register for 2015.

STATA/IC, 15 Data Availablility The datasets used and analysed for this study are stored in the KWTRP Research Data Repository, dataverse.harvard.edu, and can be made available via written request to the corresponding author and to the National TB Programme, Ministry of Health, Kenya.
