This record contains the replication and audit materials for the manuscript “Automatic Fuel-Price Adjustment under Incomplete Public Information: Partial Identification and Policy Design in Tunisia”. It includes the transcribed Tunisian public-price and legal-cap records, ONEM cumulative import-value and quantity records, frozen Känzig oil-supply-news workbooks with provenance metadata, processed data, source registers, Python code, tests, and machine-readable outputs. The package reproduces the public-record audit, finite-record Stage A posted-price projections, directed-rounding Stage B outer bounds and feasible witnesses, and Stage C benchmark-error sensitivity diagnostics. It does not redistribute the underlying 2023–2025 ONEM PDFs. Instead, it records the official URLs, byte sizes, SHA-256 digests, processed extracts, and retrieval and extraction code. Gate A is a finite-record reduced form. Gate B concerns finite-record sample-coefficient sets, not confidence sets or population identified sets. Gate C remains NOT_VERIFIED. The package therefore reports no point-identified causal shielding rate, cap-choice effect, fiscal burden, or welfare effect. Full instructions and rights statements are provided in README.md, DATA_AVAILABILITY.md, DATA_LICENSES.md, and CODE_LICENSE.md within the archive.
