Notes: All codes were last compiled on R.4.2.3. You can execute codes sequentially. Please change the paths.Hansen, WDPA and covariates data will be downloaded directly through R. Here, we used the WDPA database from May 2024.
We provide shapefiles for a few missing parks in this repository. They were kindly shared by the authorities of Chinki, Gogongosa and Madagascar National Parks.
You will further need to download the RESOLVE database of ecoregions, for example here: developers.google.com
