This repository contains the complete replication package accompanying the manuscript “Conditional Access Stewardship: Converting Import Prohibition into Circular Textile Infrastructure Finance: Evidence and Design from Nigeria”, submitted to Resources, Conservation & Recycling. The package contains the frozen UN Comtrade raw API responses, derived datasets, Python analysis code, the PE-1 extension model, protocol documents, amendment and extraction logs, reproducibility documentation, figures, metadata, and SHA-256 checksums required to reproduce the analyses reported in the manuscript.
