The paper estimates Pooled Mean Group (PMG) error-correction models with Dynamic Fixed Effects (DFE) robustness across 115 economies in Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, and Latin America over 1970–2023, testing whether education expenditure activates the growth returns to physical, energy, digital, and transport infrastructure.

  • Data: Panel dataset covering 115 countries across three regions (1970–2023), sourced from World Bank WDI, IMF IFS, and ITU. Includes all variables used in baseline and sub-sample estimations.
