This deposition contains the R code and processed scenario outputs used to reproduce the land-demand and greenhouse-gas balances for alternative fertilizer pathways in sub-Saharan Africa. The main script (R/ssa_fertilizer_analysis.R) computes land requirements, gross avoided land-use change emissions, direct N₂O emissions, net climate balances and generates all tables and figures reported in the manuscript. All input data are derived from publicly available sources (FAOSTAT, IPCC emission factors, regional fertilizer-use statistics, and published yield-response meta-analyses).
