This reproducibility contains the code and derived state-level inputs used to reproduce the analyses for the study “From Broadband Performance Gaps to Intervention Priorities: A Population-Weighted Framework for Mobile Broadband Catch-Up in Nigeria.”  The workflow calculates the Mobile Broadband Quality Index (MBQI), population-weighted performance gap (PWG), five alternative priority rules, catch-up scenarios, priority-set overlap, aggregation/reference sensitivity, component-weight sensitivity, and PWG–marginal-gain alignment.  It also regenerates the manuscript tables and figures and runs checks against rounded headline values. The archive includes the 37-state/FCT derived performance-and-population input table. Raw Ookla quarterly tiles and the WorldPop raster are not redistributed.
