Reproducible analysis code for malaria transmission patterns in Mozambique, 2017-2023

This release contains the final reproducibility package for the manuscript: "Exploring malaria patterns in Mozambique: a subnational data-driven analysis of spatial and seasonal transmission heterogeneity (2017–2023)." Changes include: alignment of the environmental NB2 models with the cleaned RDT-only malaria outcome; calendar-based environmental lags; exclusion of daytime land surface temperature because of multicollinearity; incidence rate ratios reported using epidemiologically meaningful increments; updated Table 2 outputs and model diagnostics; MIT License; corrected CITATION.cff metadata. Restricted National Malaria Control Programme datasets are not included. Please cite this software using the citation below.
