This reproducibility package supports the study “From UAV RGB Acquisition to Institutional Rice-Scheme Inventories: A Geospatial Workflow for Parcel-Scale Crop Mapping in Côte d’Ivoire.” It provides the Python scripts, portable configuration template, derived inventory tables, spatial-metadata audit outputs, run metadata, and integrity records used to document a reproducible workflow for converting heterogeneous operational UAV RGB/RGBA orthomosaics into a quality-controlled institutional rice-scheme inventory. The study archive comprised 40 operational orthomosaics with native pixel sizes of 3.30–6.12 cm and two projected coordinate reference systems, linked to 40 mapped inventory units covering 5,826.415 ha. A clean-environment rerun and deterministic GeoPackage-layer selection reproduced the principal scientific summary outputs bit-for-bit. Technical readiness refers only to predefined ingestion and geospatial-metadata criteria and does not represent thematic, positional, photogrammetric, or agronomic accuracy. The approximately 152.5 GB of source UAV orthomosaics and the source vector GeoPackage are not redistributed because their redistribution conditions are not uniformly established.
