Authors responded: "We thank the authors for their careful efforts to replicate our study. As noted by the replicators and mentioned in our replication package, one appendix table in the paper is very slightly sensitive (quantitatively, not qualitatively) to the Stata version used; all other results replicate exactly. We appreciate their efforts to probe robustness to alternative specifications and variable definitions. We were glad to see that our results are not sensitive to these analytical choices."
