Faced with the impact of domestic and international situations, the world supply chain has begun a huge transformation, which has had an impact on Tunisian enterprises. The increasingly scarce benefits and complex and ever-changing competitive situation make it urgent for Tunisian enterprises to seek innovative ideas in management and business methods. Lean management has become an effective method to promote enterprise growth. How to use lean management to empower the efficient operation of its supply chain has become a topic that enterprises must face.
