This pitch deck outlines Trajectory Trace, a hybrid digital traceability platform developed by Trajectory Strategy & Management Consultants to formalize Kenya’s smallholder agriculture through responsible AI, inclusive ownership, and actionable, locally governed data systems. The solution empowers women and youth farmers to enter formal value chains via mobile-based planting logs, PH-quality certification, consent-driven data sharing, and tax-compliant e-TIMS invoicing.
The platform integrates ethical data governance, cooperative reporting, and smart dashboards (Power BI, KoboToolbox), enabling verified interactions across producers, cooperatives, buyers, and public institutions. Trajectory Trace supports Kenya’s national digital transformation agenda and aligns directly with SDG targets 2, 4, 5, 8, 9, 12, and 17.
This deck was submitted to the Sorenson Impact Foundation’s 2025 Grant Program as part of a catalytic funding round to scale responsible, sustainable, and inclusive agri-data infrastructure.
