Risk communication and community engagement is essential component of health emergency preparedness and response action. Dataset encompasses responses from all the sixteen (16) administrative regions of Ghana. Responses to risky behaviors, perceived probability of covid-19 infection, sources of information, perceived severity etc. are well captured by the dataset.
