Rwanda (2009-2010): HIV Voluntary Counseling and Testing Data

This is a collection of PSI Rwanda's programmatic HIV Counseling and Testing routine data which we routinely collect and analyze to inform programmatic decision making regarding HIV counseling and testing. These include data collected from youth friendly centers as well as outreach sites.
