Seismic Event Catalogue for the Tullu Moye Geothermal Field, Ethiopia (2016-2017)

This dataset contains a comprehensive seismic event catalogue for the Tullu Moye geothermal field in Ethiopia, spanning from March 2016 to October 2017. The catalogue includes 1,012 seismic events with their temporal and spatial coordinates. Each event is characterised by: Timestamp (UTC)Latitude and longitude coordinatesDepth measurements (both below sea level and below surface in kilometres)Local magnitude (ML) The catalogue builds upon the work of Greenfield et al. (2019) and incorporates modifications based on Rizzo et al. (2015). This dataset is valuable for understanding the seismic activity in geothermal areas of the Ethiopian Rift Valley and can support studies in seismology, geothermal exploration, and structural geology.
