Senior Thesis Code

This is a collection of all of the code that was used for the senior thesis on internal migration rates in intertropical africa. There are 6 blocks of javascript that is used in Google Earth Engine to collect the environmental and climate data. There is one R code that was used to run the statistical analysis of the environmental factors on internal migration rates as well as the creation of any figures.
