Source data, statistical outputs and pathway-analysis provenance for untargeted LC–MS profiling of early banana–Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense interactions

This dataset supports a study of cultivar- and time-dependent metabolic responses in roots of Giant Cavendish, Matoke and Sukari Ndizi bananas following inoculation with Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense Lineage VI. It contains the source-of-truth LC–MS workbook, final canonical sample metadata, feature-level factorial statistics, multivariate outputs, figure-source tables, reproducible Python and R scripts, validation records and provenance-resolved MetaboAnalyst Mummichog/GSEA inputs, mappings and outputs. Negative- and positive-ionisation data are retained as separate feature spaces. Metabolite annotations and accurate-mass pathway mappings are putative. Exact run-level provenance and the analytical status of archived pathway outputs are documented in the run manifest.
