This dataset contains structured input parameters used to support a decision-support system for optimising hypertension intervention allocation under budget constraints in South Africa. The dataset is designed for use in policy modelling, health system planning, and scenario-based resource allocation analyses.

The data represent aggregated, non-identifiable inputs across the hypertension care continuum, including screening, diagnosis, treatment initiation, follow-up, and adherence. It integrates epidemiological, economic, and intervention-effect parameters to enable simulation of cost-effectiveness and allocation outcomes.
