Abstract: Teachers play a vital role in society's development and success, so it is necessary to address their concerns and ensure their satisfaction. This study examined the influence of spouse support on mental and physical health, job satisfaction, and life satisfaction of teachers. The study employs cross-sectional descriptive research. The research sample consisted of female teachers from South Gondar, Ethiopia, selected through a multi-stage sampling technique. We purposefully gathered questionnaires from married female teachers. We analysed the data using Smart PLS-SEM (partial least square structural equation modelling) software. Results indicated that spousal support predicted mental and physical health (β=0.245), job satisfaction (β=0.552), and life satisfaction (β=0.472) of female teachers. Given the substantial positive impacts that spousal support has on mental and physical health, job satisfaction, and life satisfaction, it is imperative that school administrators and other responsible parties instruct husbands on how to help their spouses.
