Stability of neutral time varying delay systems: A delay partitioning approach

By decomposing the delay interval into multiple equidistant subintervals, new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals are introduced on these intervals. Numerical example illustrate that the proposed method is effective and lead to less conservative results.
