Abstract Reproductive Health Education has been seen as a form of Comprehensive Sexual Education which combines health and right-based strategies to empower communities to enhance their well-being. From a health promotion perspective, this study explores stakeholder perception about Reproductive Health Education in the Upper East Region of Ghana where adolescent needs and outcome are challenged. These finding gives an in-depth understanding of reproductive health education from stakeholders’ perspective as being a double-edge sword.
