This is a reporting guideline (STROBE checklist) applied in our study entitled "Survival status and predictors of mortality among mechanically ventilated COVID-19 patients in Addis Ababa COVID-19 Care Centers, Ethiopia: A survival analysis". We confirm that the study is conducted based on the STROBE reporting guideline and the completed checklist is presented in this repository.
