Dataset Description
This dataset contains all spatial data and outputs used to generate the final land suitability map in this study. The dataset includes the final suitability raster map, as well as the spatial layers employed in the analysis: solar radiation, elevation, slope, distance to power transmission lines, distance to roads, and land use/land cover (LULC). In addition, the repository contains the standardized layers derived from data processing, the criteria weights used in the multi-criteria evaluation (MCE) model, and metadata describing data sources, coordinate reference systems, and geospatial processing workflows required to reproduce the study results.
The data are provided in standard GIS formats, including GeoTIFF and Shapefile/GeoPackage, to facilitate data accessibility, transparency, reproducibility, and future reuse. The dataset is publicly available through this repository and should be cited using the DOI assigned to this record.
