The data were collected through a national multicenter study conducted in Ethiopia among registered Rifampicin-Susceptible Tuberculosis patients.The repository includes:De-identified participant datasetStatistical analysis outputs as supplementary tablesThe dataset was used to investigate demographic and clinical factors associated with isoniazid-resistant, rifampicin-susceptible tuberculosis (Hr-TB), including age, sex, TB risk category, treatment history, type of TB, nutritional status, and HIV status.No personal identifiers are included. Data are provided solely for research verification and secondary analyses in accordance with ethical approval and applicable data-sharing policies.
