Table S3: SNP data from the Senegalese cowpea collection

The file contains SNP data from the Senegal cowpea collection. The collection consists of 95 accessions of cultivated cowpea, intermediate forms, and wild cowpea. Genotyping was performed using the Cowpea iSelect Consortium Array, containing 51,128 SNPs. The accession codes are listed in the first row and the SNPs are in the first column of the table.
