Version 1.2 of the complete reproducibility package for the manuscript: "Immunization inequity trends and ecological concordance with vaccine-derived poliovirus detections in Cameroon: 1998 to 2018 survey and 2015 to 2024 surveillance analysis." This release contains the source data used in the analysis, Python scripts, generated manuscript tables and figures, supplementary outputs, validation tests, environment specifications, and documentation required to reproduce the reported analyses. Version 1.2 includes provenance and documentation refinements without changes to the scientific results. The national surveillance panel is generated from a bundled WUENIC/POLIS-aligned input file rather than hard-coded values. Validation: Complete reproducibility pipeline executed successfully. 29/29 automated tests passed. Tables 1–4 and S2–S5 reproduced successfully. Figures 1–3 reproduced successfully. ECCI validation: 0.2677, corresponding to the manuscript-reported value of 0.268.
