P. falciparum antimalarial drug resistance marker genotypes and complexity of infection were obtained for 264 samples collected from 16 health facilities across 5 regions of Namibia between April to September 2023. Genotypes were generated using the MAD4HatTeR targeted amplicon deep sequencing protocol (Aranda-Diaz, 2025). The study is described in a preprint (Eloff et al., 2025), which includes sampling and bioinformatics procedures, as well as summarized results.   GenE8_Namibia_genotype_export Individual genotypes and microhaplotypes at codons with non-synonymous mutations observed in the dataset.Haplotypes were inferred from individual microhaplotypes as described in the publication (Eloff et al., 2025). Complexity of infection (coi) and probability of polyclonality were estimated as described in the publication GenE8_Namibia_Evaluated_SNPs  All evaluated SNPs.
