This study investigated the effects of technology integration on teaching and learning with specific focus on student engagement, academic performance, accessibility to learning resources, and educational outcomes among senior secondary school students in Cross River State, Nigeria. The study adopted a correlational research design and was guided by four research questions and four null hypotheses. The population comprised all senior secondary school students in Cross River State. A sample of 205 SS2 students was selected using multistage sampling technique. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire titled "Technology Integration and Students' Outcomes Questionnaire" (TISOQ) which had a reliability coefficient of 0.84 obtained through Cronbach's alpha. Data were analyzed using Pearson Product Moment Correlation and Simple Linear Regression at 0.05 level of significance. Results revealed that technology integration significantly predicted students' engagement, R² = .38, F (1, 203) = 128.64, p < .001, β = .62; academic performance, R² = .26, F (1, 203) = 72.94, p < .001, β = .51; accessibility to learning resources, R² = .46, F (1, 203) = 174.21, p < .001, β = .68; and educational outcomes, R² = .35, F (1, 203) = 110.42, p < .001, β = .59. It was concluded that technology integration has significant positive effects on teaching and learning processes in Cross River State. The strongest effect was on accessibility, indicating that digital tools most directly address resource limitations in public schools. Findings support the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge framework and suggest that purposeful technology integration enhances engagement and 21st century skills. Recommendations include prioritizing ICT infrastructure and TPACK-based teacher training. Policymakers and school administrators should institutionalize technology-integrated instruction to improve learning outcomes in resource-constrained contexts.
