This dataset was collected from a sample of 337 senior secondary school II Physics students in Education Zone C of Benue State, Nigeria. The total population for the study is 2696 students. The data comprise of students' gender (Male=1, Female=2), school location (Urban=1, Rural=2), Physics test anxiety scores (Anxiety), and Physics Academic Achievement Scores (Achievement). The Physics test anxiety scale (PTAS) with 20 items on 4-point ratings of strongly agree (SA) to strongly disagree (SD) was used to measure students' test anxiety in Physics, while the Physics Achievement Test (PAT) with 20 multiple-choice test items (options A-D) was used to measure students' academic achievement in Physics. The data were collected using face-to-face method.
