This dataset contains the coded survey responses from 39 manufacturing firms located in the Casablanca-Settat region, Morocco's principal industrial hub, collected as part of a study on the organizational determinants of industrial energy efficiency (EE) adoption. Data were gathered through interview-administered structured questionnaires. The dataset includes: firm background variables (industrial sector, company size, respondent role), EE management practices (energy audits, certification engagement, formal energy policy, defined EE objectives, designated energy manager), organizational factors (employee training, top management commitment, perceived EE potential), and the composite EE_Adoption score, computed as the arithmetic mean of adoption levels across 19 EE measures spanning four technical categories (electrical systems, lighting, compressed air and pump systems, and thermal and boiler systems). A full codebook describing each variable, its coding, and applicable subsample is included in the second sheet of the spreadsheet.
