The management of human leadership has since time immemorial been a prime factor in all societies and groups. It is also a truism to say that, elections are mounted to enable states, nations and people to manage their material and human resources to the benefit of all citizens. This paper is a re-examination of biblical election found in Acts 6:1-7 and therefore a re-appraisal of it for national integration in Nigeria. Using the electoral political, comparative and ethical methods of analysis, this paper found out that, the elections of the deacons studied in the bible can provide the needed social, political and ethical behaviour to the management of elections in Nigeria which ultimately will bring about national integration, successful democratic practices and an enduring electoral framework for the management of elections in Nigeria. Suggestions including the constitutional, political, moral and attitudinal reforms by managers of elections and the electorate will certainly jettison the loopholes in our political life and bring about national integration in Nigeria.
