В статье рассматриваются аспекты цифрового процесса, включая теоретический анализ и определения цифровой экономики, а также текущее место процесса развития человеческого капитала в нынешнюю цифровую эпоху. В статье также рассматривается, как высокоразвитые страны получили доступ к цифровому рынку благодаря крупным инвестициям во все аспекты исследований и разработок по сравнению с текущим положением развивающихся стран в последнее время. Анализируются другие проблемы, такие как: цифровой разрыв, потенциальные инвестиции в цифровые рынки в развивающихся странах Африки и других регионах. This article examines aspects of the digital process including theoretical analysis and definitions of the digital economy and the position of the current place of the human capital development process in the current digital era. The article further looks at how highly developed countries have accessed the digital market due to heavy investment in every aspect of research and development compared to the current position of developing countries in recent times. Other concerns such as digital gap and potential digital market investment in the developing countries in African and other regions are analyzed.
