Transformational Leadership as a Response to Dishonesty among Gospel Ministers in Nigeria.

Abstract Dishonesty among gospel ministers in Nigeria has raised ethical concerns that threaten the credibility of Christian ministry. This paper explores transformational leadership as an antidote to such unethical practices. The study employs qualitative analysis, reviewing existing literature on leadership ethics, religious integrity, and organisational transformation within Nigerian Christian contexts. Findings suggest that transformational leadership fosters accountability, ethical conduct, and spiritual renewal, making it a viable approach to addressing dishonesty in ministry.
